Gabrielle was honoured to be elected to the Victorian Parliament in 2014 to represent the community of Dandenong. She ran for office because she believes in delivering better services, infrastructure, and opportunities for everyone who calls the Dandenong electorate home.
Gabrielle grew up in a close-knit family as the youngest of four girls. Her parents worked hard in their small business, and she saw firsthand the value of family, community and hard work. Gabrielle holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Laws from Monash University, and before entering Parliament, she worked as a solicitor, a Ministerial Adviser, a project manager and as a Director for a not-for-profit organisation.
Every day, Gabrielle is committed to advocating for the Dandenong community. From securing investment in local projects to championing equity and social inclusion, Gabrielle is working to ensure the Dandenong community has access to the services, jobs, and supports it deserves. While so much has already been achieved, Gabrielle knows that there is always more work to do.
Outside of her professional life, Gabrielle is a proud mum, a fan of the Collingwood Magpies in the AFL and AFLW competitions, the number one ticket holder of the Southside Flyers in the WNBL and is a joint number one ticket holder for the Melbourne Storm.
